Seeking Senior MEP ENGINEER

– Minimum 10 yrs experience in design of electrical services

– Capable of handling Design of HT, LT services, BMS for high end building services

– Lead group of young engineers and assist with sales, marketing and business development efforts of the firm

– Proficient in coordination of all MEP services, including good knowledge of nonconventional energy , LV systems

– Knowledge of administering an engineering design group

– Has understanding of financial and accounting systems

– Excellent written and oral communication skills (Marathi, English and Hindi)

– Has experience meeting with new clients and finalize deals

– Has an interest in doing basic proessional networking

– Has knowledge of using social media networks such as LinkedIn and OnGreen

– Has worked on or has interest in environmental engineering projects

– Proficient in email communication

– Is dedicated to customer satisfaction and pays utmost attention to detail

– Has very strong leadership qualities

– Has strong local networks of potential clients

About the position

– Compensation: Market standard + Bonuses

– Position is based in the company HQ in Pune
