5,00,000 Sq.ft of area , designed for H.V.A.C., Power Distribution, Local Area Networking, Fire Alarm & Smoke Detector System, Centralised Power Control for Hostel Areas for Sri Balaji Society, Pune. The institute have enrolled more than 2,000 students in their various faculties. This is one of the ‘A’ grade Management Educational Institute in India. The institute comprises of :

- Ladies and Gents Hostel
- 2 Nos. Auditorium , having 400 seating capacities each.
- Academic Buildings.
- Large Kitchens , restaurants , etc.
The design of Lighting for Streets, Swimming Pools, Auditoriums, Sports Complex, Power Distribution Station for 5.0 M.V.A. power supply with 1.5 MVA Diesel Generator set back up on Auto Control System have been planned. Following are the hightlights of the project :-
- H.T. Power distribution .
- Centralised control of light for all hostel inmates in Ladies and Gents wings.
- Centralised Public Address System for corridors, each room of the hostel inmates.
- Motion Sensor controls of common area lighting.
- Special design of Auditorium for Ventilation system , false ceiling lighting etc.
- High Mast Lighting System for large parking etc.
- Design of synchronization and load management systems, for 3 x 500 KVA D.G. Set back up.
SURYADATTA EDUCATION FOUNDATION, PUNE
3,00,000 Sq.ft of area , designed for Power Distribution, Local Area Networking, Fire Alarm & Smoke Detector System, Centralised Power Control for Hostel Areas for Suryadatta Education Foundation, Pune. This is one of the ‘A’ grade Management Educational Institute in India. Following are the hightlights of the project :-
- H.T. Power distribution .

This is a large residential cum academic university with emphases on ‘B – Management School’ and with a 100% residential facilities. Build in 500 Acres of area . We designed Power Distribution, Local Area Networking, Fire Alarm & Smoke Detector System.
The design of Lighting for Streets, Swimming Pools, Auditoriums for 25 MVA power supply with 50% Diesel Generator set back up have been completed . Following are the highlights of the project :-

The architects were from Ahemedabad, viz. ‘ VASTU SHILPA Consultants’. The electrical design and project management details were successfully co-ordinated with this reputed group of India.
VIBGYOR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, PUNE
50,000 Sq.ft of area , now under operation . We completed the design of H.V.A.C., Power Distribution, Local Area Networking, Fire Alarm & Smoke Detector System.
The design of Lighting for Streets, Swimming Pools, Auditoriums for 0.5 MVA power supply with 50% Diesel Generator have been completed. Following are the highlights of the project :-
- H.T. Power distribution .
- Motion Sensor controls of common area lighting.
- Design of heating and ventilation system in large Kitchen, suitable for 500+ students.
This institute is non-residential and caters to Children of High-end families. The entire design is based on Eco-Friendly schemes, safety of all students , etc.
