Effective communication with our clients and suppliers is a key part of our business. During each of our projects every effort is made to ensure that the client is kept informed of our progress and that we are compiling with our brief. It is important in our industry to quickly identify areas of our business that may require improvement in our drive to provide the best possible service.
Once a project is completed a “Post Contract Evaluation Form” is either completed by the client at a meeting with one of our business development team or when that is not possible sent to the client for completion. This information is used to compile Key Performance Indicators.
